From the start of Drake in 1997, our mission has always been to create binding with complete performance advantage. This year we did intensive research to bring you improved features using bran spankin’ new materials on our Drake bindings. New technological advancements were used to bring you better functioning, user friendly bindings than to enhance your ride. We’ve revamped our whole line to bring you a solid collection of newly designed bindings that create the perfect interface between board and binding and body. More comfortable, easier adjustability and new looks keep this year’s line innovatively ahead of all the rest.
Baseplates- When it comes to building bindings, there are three schools of thought and only one construction method that utilizes all of them. Drake’s full line of baseplates arebuilt off the idea that there is a perfect blend between responsiveness and dampening. And that no two riders require the same amount of either.
NEW Speed Tray-The newest advancement in Drake technology. Taking into consideration that dampening and control have the most impact on how a rider handles speed, we have focused development on these two factors. Combine this binding with the Slider Heel cup and you have the quickest adjusting forward thinking base on the market.
Heel Cup-
NEW Slider Heel Cup with 3 Way Adjustable Sub Frame- Response without fatigue was the goal when redesigning our high end heel cup. By wrapping the Aluminum TWA Subframe under the foot and combining it with our heel to toe loop, you get all the benefits of aluminum in response delivered. When combining our Slider Heel Cup with our Speed tray, you get the best nylon dampening structure with the quickest adjusting binding on earth. Anyone who has ever worked in a shop can appreciate how beneficial this new design is.
Highbacks-
NEW Chambers Highback-The first hi-back on the market with full Honeycomb structure for superior strength to weight ratio with EdgeTech design around the hi-back to avoid calf bite and pressure points.
Strap Systems-
NEW Power Form- Shaped thermoformed dual density EVA with internal spine for superior comfort and response, with easy tool free centering adjustment.
NEW Dual Function Strap- DFS toe strap allows rider to determine how they want their setup to feel. Lycra window gives the strap enough flex to be placed over the top of the foot or over front of the toe for complete customization.

NEW 5 Drive-5 click advancement die cast aluminum ratchets, with stick free convenience, speed, and durability.
